A family business founded in 1999, this vineyard is located in the S'Albufera des Grau Nature Reserve, and produces wine form the island of Minorca. Today, the heirs of Bartomeu Jover have recovered Minorca's wine tradition, which dates back hundreds of years. Amid the slate stones, with no water other than the rain and beneath the blustery gusts of the north wind, the vineyard of the family estate Sa Cudia Nova offer a very limited harvest that makes for a unique dry white wine.
