Ingredients
1 plain family-sized Mallorcan ensaimada (not sprinkled with sugar)
Grated lemon rind
Confectioner's custard
Sugar
Instructions
Flatten the Mallorcan ensaimada and spread the top of it with the confectioner's custard mixed with the lemon rind. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and put in the oven for a few minutes.
