MARINATED SARDINES WITH APPLE AND MARJORAM

Ingredients
4 small sardines without bones 2 lemons 2 tbsp. sea salt 2 green apples 1 tbsp. chopped marjoram Mallorcan olive oil Pepper 100 g frisee lettuce, washed
Instructions
Season the sardines with salt and pepper, mix lemon juice and zest with Mallorcan olive oil and marinate the sardines in this mixture for approx. 12 hours in the refrigerator. Grate the apples coarsely without peeling them, season and add the chopped marjoram. Chop the frisee roughly and marinate with Mallorcan olive oil.
Presentation
Place the sardines onto a plate, put some grated apple on top and decorate with frisee lettuce.
